Today was a day to take a walk and enjoy the California wildflowers and super blooms in the neighborhood. Listening to the birds chirping, the squirrels scampering in the trees, and nearby babbling creek will lift your mood and put a smile on your face. After the drought and non-stop rain, the earth is certainly showing her colors and putting on a colorful and magnificent display.
It is inspiring me to go out and dig in the dirt, plant tomatoes and nasturtiums which I've recently bought instead of perusing gardens in my magazines or instagram pages. I'm taking action and soon my garden will be the star of the show instead of an audience member. Have a delightful day, lift your face to the sun, play your favorite music and enjoy what mother earth has bestowed upon us!
